1. Registration Fee

The registration or admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

2. Course Fee Refunds

Refund requests for course fees will only be considered under the following conditions:

• If a refund request is made within 3 days of enrollment and before attending any classes, a refund may be processed after deducting the registration fee and administrative charges.

• Once the student has attended classes or accessed study material, the fee becomes non-refundable.

 

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare or exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed by the institute management, and the decision of the institute shall be final and binding.
