TISSNET is an online entrance exam conducted by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) for admission to various masters programmes offered by them. The most popular programme which is opted by MBA aspirants is the Masters in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations. The test is conducted for all its centers at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad, Guwahati, IMHST Chennai, MHAT Calicut and G-SET Ranchi.

The TISSNET exam consists of English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning along with General Knowledge & Knowledge on Contemporary Issues. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their TISSNET score. The shortlisted candidates then are called for a round of Pre Interview Test and Personal Interview (PIT/PI) leading to final selection.

The TISSNET notification is released in the last week of October. The registrations begin in the same week and continue till last week of December. The TISSNET exam is conducted in the first week of January and results are declared in the last week of January.

TISSNET Exam Pattern

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) conducts the National Entrance Examination (NET) once every year for admission into its various management programs across various TISS campuses and affiliated institutes.
